This series contains correspondence, memorandums, reports and briefings relating to personnel management, operations and history of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) office in Pasadena, California. Topics include changing responsibilities between the Western Operations Office and the NASA Pasadena Office (NaPo) and the administration of NASA contracts with the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), and most notably the Voyager program. This series also contains a group of history files which document the development of NaPo and its place within NASA and JPL.
